Join us at our next run!

We run every Tuesday and Friday. Tuesday is an easy 5.6km jog starting from Coolum Surf Club @ 5:30pm.

Friday is an interval session starting from Coolum State High School @ 5:30am. We also like to do special events as a club.

Please note that as we are a free group with no membership form or fees, you participate entirely at your own risk.
